Business plan for FIXED application

With this bachelor thesis my goal was to write a business plan for an online handyman services platform. FIXED is a sophisticated online website as well as a mobile application which connects handymen with households that demand repair and maintenance services. With its integrated payment system and multilingual customer support FIXED will set its self apart through the added convenience and ease of use it offers. In order to examine the business plan, I have used PESTEL and Porter’s Five Forces analysis alongside with SWOT analysis and Marketing Mix analysis. Lastly, to test whether the business plan is financially viable I have estimated the market share of FIXED in the Prague market, from which point I have been able to forecast all three financial statements. These statements suggest that FIXED can be a profitable business with a strong potential due to being the only player of its kind on the market in Prague as well as the Czech Republic.
