The aim of this diploma thesis is to determine the market value of Estée Lauder CZ, s.r.o. company as of December 31st, 2016. The thesis includes five chapters. The first chapter is focused on the general information about the company. The second part includes financial analysis and the next chapter is dedicated to the strategic analysis. The fourth chapter consists of value drivers' analyzing and planning and of the following complex financial plan for the period 2017–2021. The final part contains the valuation of Estée Lauder CZ using a DCF Equity method and market comparison method.
