| Abstrakt: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou měření míry inflace pomocí indexů spotřebitelských cen (CPI) a harmonizovaných indexů spotřebitelských cen (HICP). Práce se zaměřuje na stanovení vah pro CPI a HICP, jejich porovnání a jejich nedostatky. Součástí práce je komparace metodiky tvorby indexů CPI mezi Českou republikou a vybranými evropskými zeměmi. Dále práce konzultuje význam zahrnutí imputovaného nájemného vlastníků do indexu spotřebitelských cen a jeho vliv na přesnost a srovnatelnost odhadů. Cílem práce je poskytnout analýzu vlivu změn vah na odhad inflace, zhodnotit metodologické rozdíly mezi zeměmi a diskutovat význam imputovaného nájemného vlastníků a nákladů na bydlení v kontextu měření míry inflace. |

It includes a comparison of the methodologies for constructing CPI indices between the Czech Republic and selected European countries. Additionally, the thesis examines the significance of including imputed rentals of owner-occupiers in the consumer price index and its impact on the accuracy and comparability of estimates. The objective of the thesis is to provide an analysis of the effects of weight changes on inflation estimates, evaluate methodological differences between countries, and discuss the relevance of imputed rentals of owner-occupiers and housing costs in the context of measuring the inflation rate. |
