The goal of Bachelor's Thesis is to introduce the system of employee benefits in Kazzinc, to determine what employee benefits are preferred (by employees), and whether they have a significant impact on their satisfaction. Another important finding is whether the employees are sufficiently well-informed about the employee benefits currently being offered by the company. The Bachelor's Thesis is divided into two parts; the theoretical and practical sections. The theoretical part defines the basic terms, and basic characteristics, related to the employee benefits. The practical part deals with the performance of Kazzinc, and the benefits which it offers to the employees. The survey method was used in order to measure the level of employee awareness of the benefits on offer, as well as their level of satisfaction.
