| Abstract: | Cílem této práce je implementovat metody štíhlého řízení a principy štíhlé výroby do podniku, který poskytuje sportovní služby veřejnosti. Konkrétně se jedná o trh kruhových tréninků v Praze, což je tržní výklenek celkového fitness trhu, jehož je zkoumaná společnost 4Fresh jednoznačným leaderem. Práce se zaměřuje na 3 klíčové procesy, které jsou rozebrány podle metodiky DMAIC. Každý proces je tedy definován, změřen, analyzován, navrženo zlepšení a navržená kontrolní opatření. Pracuje se například s nástroji sipoc, flowchart, layout, spaghetti diagram, analýza ABCXYZ nebo principy tahu a kanban. |

| Abstract: | Aim of this paper is to implement methods of lean management and principles of lean manufacturing in strenght-conditioning company, which is established in Prague. This market of functional training is a niche of general fitness market in the Czech Republic. Company 4Fresh is clear leader of this market niche.
