| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá redesignem webových stránek jazykové školy s cílem zvýšit jejich srozumitelnost, použitelnost a celkovou uživatelskou přívětivost. Teoretická část vymezuje základní principy a přístupy využívané při designu se zaměřením na potřeby uživatelů. V praktické části byly použity metody z oblasti návrhu zaměřeného na uživatele (UCD) a UX principy. Nejprve byl zhodnocen současný stav webu prostřednictvím heuristické analýzy, následně byl realizován kvalitativní uživatelský výzkum formou hloubkových rozhovorů s novými i stávajícími uživateli webu. Získané poznatky byly syntetizovány pomocí techniky affinity mapping. Na jejich základě byl vytvořen návrh informační architektury, klíčových uživatelských toků a interaktivní prototyp redesignu. Navržené řešení bylo následně ověřeno uživatelským testováním, na jehož základě byl prototyp dále upraven. Výsledkem práce je funkční prototyp, který představuje kvalitní podklad pro budoucí implementaci webových stránek. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor’s thesis focuses on the redesign of a language school’s website with the aim of improving its clarity, usability, and overall user-friendliness. The theoretical section outlines the fundamental principles and approaches used in design, with a focus on user needs. The practical section employs methods from the field of user-centered design (UCD) and UX principles. First, the current state of the website was evaluated through heuristic analysis; subsequently, qualitative user research was conducted in the form of in-depth interviews with both new and existing website users. The findings were synthesized using the affinity mapping technique. Based on these findings, a proposal for the information architecture, key user flows, and an interactive prototype of the redesign were created. The proposed solution was subsequently validated through user testing, based on which the prototype was further refined. The result of this work is a functional redesign prototype, which serves as a solid foundation for the future practical implementation of the website. |
