| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá identifikací možných zlepšení projektového řízení v organizaci, která již prošla agilní transformací a je aktivně agilně řízena. Cílem a výstupem práce jsou konkrétní opatření, která může společnost implementovat. Pro dosažení cíle je jako první provedena rešerše literatury, pomocí které jsou identifikovány běžné překážky při zavádění agilního řízení, sloužící jako teoretický základ následné interní analýzy. Interně jsou poté provedeny polostrukturované rozhovory se zaměstnanci společnosti, jejichž cílem je získat pohled z každodenní praxe. S využitím zjištění z těchto rozhovorů jsou navržena nápravná opatření pro eliminaci identifikovaných negativních zjištění a podpůrná opatření pro identifikovaná pozitivní zjištění. Vybrané návrhy jsou dále detailněji rozebrány a na závěr je sestaven harmonogram jejich implementace. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis focuses on identifying potential improvements in project management within an organization that has already undergone an agile transformation and is actively managed using agile methodologies. The primary objective and output of the thesis are specific measures that the company can implement. To achieve this goal, a literature review is conducted to identify common obstacles in agile management implementation, serving as the theoretical foundation for the subsequent internal analysis. The practical part involves conducting semi-structured interviews with employees to gain insights from everyday practice. Based on the findings from these interviews, corrective measures for identified negative findings and supportive measures for identified positive findings are proposed. Selected proposals are further analyzed in detail, and the thesis concludes with a proposed implementation schedule. |
