| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je identifikace a zhodnocení aplikačního portfolia malé firmy specializující se na prodej perských koberců. První kapitola vymezuje pojem aplikační portfolio na základě rešerše kvalifikačních prací a popisuje jeho pozici v řízení podnikového informačního systému. Druhá kapitola obsahuje představení zkoumané společnosti, její historii, organizační strukturu a klíčové firemní procesy. Třetí kapitola popisuje použitou metodiku, výběr a charakteristiku modelu pro zhodnocení, definici hodnotících atributů, postup sběru dat a jejich zpracování. Čtvrtá kapitola aplikuje zvolenou metodiku na společnost Buchara s.r.o. a prezentuje výsledky v matici TIME modelu, na jejichž základě jsou formulována doporučení ke zlepšení. V závěru jsou poté zhodnoceny výsledky této práce. |

| Abstract: | The goal of this bachelor’s thesis is to identify and evaluate the application portfolio of a small company specializing in the sale of Persian carpets. The first chapter defines the concept of an application portfolio based on a review of academic theses and describes its role in enterprise information system management. The second chapter presents the company under study, its history, organizational structure, and key business processes. The third chapter describes the methodology used, the selection and characteristics of the evaluation model, the definition of evaluation attributes, and the data collection and processing. The fourth chapter applies the selected methodology to Buchara s.r.o. and presents the results in the TIME model matrix, based on which recommendations for improvement are formulated. The conclusion then evaluates the results of this thesis. |
