| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na digitální automatizaci reportingu pomocí nástroje Power Automate Online v prostředí výrobního podniku. Repetitivní kroky, které jsou při manuální tvorbě reportu třeba, zbytečně zatěžují specializované zaměstnance a tím vytváří neefektivitu v řízení podniku. Cílem práce je analyzovat tento proces a vyvinout automatizované řešení typu ETL (Extract, Transform, Load). V teoretické části je provedena komparativní analýza přístupů k automatizaci, která zdůvodňuje výběr cloudového řešení (DPA) oproti tradičním VBA makrům či robotické procesní automatizaci (RPA). Praktická část popisuje implementaci funkčního prototypu, který využívá orchestraci cloudových toků a pokročilé skriptování v jazyce TypeScript (Office Scripts). Výsledkem je plně automatizovaný systém pro filtrování a podmíněnou klasifikaci výrobních zakázek. Implementace řešení v reálném podniku prokázala nejen zásadní časovou úsporu (FTE savings), ale i zvýšenou přesnost výstupních analýz. Závěr práce nabízí kritické zhodnocení limitací cloudových řešení a doporučení pro jejich další rozvoj. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis focuses on digital automation of reporting using the Power Automate Online tool in a manufacturing environment. Repetitive steps required for manual report creation place an unnecessary burden on specialized employees, thereby creating inefficiency in business management. The aim of this thesis is to analyse this process and develop an automated ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) solution. The theoretical part provides a comparative analysis of approaches to automation, which justifies the choice of a cloud solution (DPA) over traditional VBA macros or robotic process automation (RPA). The practical part describes the implementation of a functional prototype that uses cloud flow orchestration and advanced scripting in TypeScript (Office Scripts). The result is a fully automated system for filtering and conditional classification of production orders. The implementation of the solution in a real company has demonstrated not only significant time savings (FTE savings) but also increased accuracy of output analyses. The conclusion of the thesis offers a critical assessment of the limitations of cloud solutions and recommendations for their scaling. |
