| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem a vývojem cloudové aplikace pro správu elektronických věrnostních kartiček malých podniků. Práce vychází z problému papírových věrnostních kartiček, které zákazníci často ztrácejí a které podnikům neposkytují žádná použitelná zákaznická data. Cílem práce bylo navrhnout a implementovat systém, který bude pro podnik snadno zaveditelný, nebude vyžadovat instalaci mobilní aplikace a umožní zákazníkům uložit kartičku přímo do Apple Wallet nebo Google Wallet. Součástí práce je analýza existujících řešení na českém trhu, rozbor potřeb konkrétního malého podniku a posouzení proveditelnosti řešení formou Software as a Service. Implementace byla provedena pomocí frameworku SvelteKit, jazyka TypeScript, databáze Supabase a platformy Vercel. Práce zároveň popisuje využití nástroje Claude Code při vývoji, jeho přínosy i limity, zejména v oblastech návrhu databáze, bezpečnostních pravidel, responzivity a integrace s chytrými peněženkami. Výsledkem práce je funkční webová aplikace umožňující registraci podniků, správu zákazníků, generování elektronických kartiček a jejich aktualizaci v chytrých peněženkách. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis focuses on the design and development of a cloud application for managing digital loyalty cards for small businesses. The thesis is based on the problem of paper loyalty cards, which customers often lose and which do not provide businesses with usable customer data. The goal was to design and implement a system that is easy for a business to adopt, does not require customers to install a dedicated mobile application, and allows them to store a loyalty card directly in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. The thesis includes an analysis of existing solutions on the Czech market, an assessment of the needs of a specific small business, and a feasibility analysis of the solution as Software as a Service. The implementation was built using the SvelteKit framework, the TypeScript programming language, the Supabase database platform, and Vercel hosting. The thesis also describes the use of Claude Code during development, including its benefits and limitations, especially in the areas of database design, security rules, responsive user interfaces, and smart wallet integrations. The result of the thesis is a functional web application that allows businesses to register, manage customers, generate digital loyalty cards, and update them in smart wallets. |
