| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá rolí komunit při zvládání krizových situací a jejich vlivem na jednotlivce i skupiny. Cílem je identifikovat klíčové aspekty fungování komunit během krize a zhodnotit jejich přínos pro posilování odolnosti. Teoretická část vymezuje základní pojmy spojené s krizí, komunitou a komunitní odolností a opírá se o poznatky z oblasti disaster managementu a sociálních věd. Empirická část vychází z kvalitativního výzkumu založeného na polostrukturovaných rozhovorech a zúčastněném pozorování. Data byla následně zpracována pomocí tematické analýzy. Výsledky ukazují, že komunity sehrávají významnou roli zejména v oblasti psychické podpory, sdílení zdrojů, organizace každodenního fungování a vytváření pocitu bezpečí a sounáležitosti. Na základě zjištění práce formuluje doporučení, která mohou být využita při posilování komunitní odolnosti i mimo prostředí záměrně budovaných komunit. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor’s thesis examines the role of communities in coping with crisis situations and their impact on individuals as well as groups. The aim of the thesis is to identify the key aspects of how communities function during crises and to assess their contribution to strengthening resilience. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts related to crisis, community, and community resilience, and draws on knowledge from the fields of disaster management and social sciences. The empirical part is based on qualitative research conducted through semi-structured interviews and participant observation. The data were subsequently analysed using thematic analysis. The findings show that communities play a significant role particularly in providing psychological support, sharing resources, everyday functioning, and creating a sense of safety and belonging. Based on these findings, the thesis formulates recommendations that can be applied to strengthening community resilience beyond the environment of intentional communities. |
