Web Design Proposal for 2S Detail Using UX and UI Principles

This thesis focuses on the design of a website for the 2S Detail project, which specializes in the detailed cleaning of car interiors and exteriors. The aim of the thesis is to create a functional and visually appealing web interface design based on theoretical foundations, empirical findings, and the application of User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) principles. The findings of this thesis may also serve as inspiration or a methodological framework for similar emerging projects or small businesses seeking to enhance their digital customer engagement through web-based solutions. The design process follows the Design Thinking methodology, which emphasizes the user’s perspective and the needs of end users. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part defines key concepts related to web design, UX and UI principles, and describes the Design Thinking methodology itself. In the practical and methodological section, data from the project creators, information from a competitive analysis based on publicly available sources, and findings from research conducted through in-depth interviews are applied. The practical part then focuses on the actual web interface design, which reflects the gathered insights and identified needs of the target user group.
