| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na vývoj role controllera ve vazbě na nové technologie. Práce je standardně členěna na dvě části, na teoretickou část a praktickou část. V teoretické části práce je popsán controlling, postavení controllera v podniku, využití digitálních technologií a využívané technologie samotné. Praktická část práce je zaměřena přímo na podnikovou praxi a v jejím rámci bylo realizováno jedenáct rozhovorů. Cílem této části je zachytit, jakým způsobem dopadá využití nových technologií na roli controllera. Další související oblastí je v tomto ohledu vzdělávání, kdy se tato práce snaží reflektovat přístup podniků ke vzdělávání v oblasti technologií jako k jedné z možností reakce na rychle se měnící digitální prostředí. V rámci praktické části práce je provedena syntéza rozhovorů a následně jsou formulovány zobecněné závěry práce. |

| Abstract: | This thesis focuses on the evolution of the controller’s role in the context of new technologies. The thesis is structured in the standard two-part format: a theoretical section and a practical section. The theoretical section describes controlling, the controller’s position within the company, the use of digital technologies, and the technologies themselves. The practical part of the thesis focuses directly on business practice and includes eleven interviews. The aim of this part is to capture how the use of new technologies impacts the role of the controller. Another related area in this regard is education, where this thesis seeks to reflect on companies’ approach to technology education as one possible response to the rapidly changing digital environment. The practical part includes a synthesis of the interviews and subsequently formulates the thesis’s generalized conclusions. |
