| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá zvýšením efektivity analytických a kontrolních procesů AML oddělení banky prostřednictvím rozvoje interních datových řešení. Práce vychází z analýzy analytické, datové a IT maturity oddělení podle tříosé metodiky Bothe et al. (2022), na jejímž základě jsou navržena a implementována dvě řešení. Prvním řešením je AML data mart postavený na star schématu nad centrálním bankovním datovým skladem, který konsoliduje transakční a KYC data zákazníků pro analytické a reportingové potřeby oddělení s denní aktualizací dat. Druhým řešením je webová aplikace pro automatizaci a evidenci druholiniových kontrol, která nahrazuje dosavadní manuální proces založený na evidenci v tabulkovém procesoru a zavádí standardizovaný náhodný výběr vzorku, evidenci výsledků kontrolních standardů a propojení nalezených nedostatků se systémem řízení úkolů. |

| Abstract: | This thesis focuses on increasing the efficiency of analytical and control processes within a bank's AML department through the development of internal data solutions. The work is based on an assessment of the department's analytics, data, and IT maturity using the three-axis methodology of Bothe et al. (2022), which informed the design and implementation of two solutions. The first solution is an AML data mart built on a star schema on top of the bank's central enterprise data warehouse, consolidating customer transaction and KYC data for the department's analytical and reporting needs with daily data refresh. The second solution is a web application for automating and recording second-line controls, replacing the previous manual spreadsheet-based process with standardized random sampling, structured evaluation of control standards, and integration with the task-management system for tracking identified findings. |
