| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce pojednává o ekonomických dopadech migrační vlny vyvolané ruskou invazí na Ukrajinu na český trh práce v letech 2022 až 2024 s přihlédnutím k dostupným operativním datům za rok 2025. Práce si klade za cíl zhodnotit vliv tohoto specifického nabídkového šoku na strukturu zaměstnanosti a mzdovou dynamiku v České republice a otestovat platnost ekonomických modelů substituce a komplementarity. Text je rozdělen do tří hlavních kapitol – teoretických východisek migrace a rešerše literatury, popisu institucionálního kontextu spolu s metodologií práce a samotné empirické analýzy vlivu ukrajinské migrace na trh práce ČR, která je doplněna o ucelený sektorový pohled v příloze. Jednotlivé části analytické kapitoly jsou věnovány strukturálním změnám v zaměstnanosti podle odvětví CZ-NACE, testování mzdového vývoje, hloubkové analýze kvalitativní integrace skrze fenomén kvalifikačního nesouladu a kvantitativnímu odhadu čistého fiskálního přínosu ukrajinských domácností do státního rozpočtového systému ČR. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor's thesis discusses the economic impacts of the migration wave induced by the Russian invasion of Ukraine on the Czech labor market between 2022 and 2024, taking into account available operational data for the year 2025. The thesis aims to evaluate the impact of this specific supply shock on employment structure and wage dynamics in the Czech Republic and to test the validity of economic models of substitution and complementarity. The text is divided into three main chapters: theoretical foundations of migration and literature review; description of the institutional context along with the methodology of the thesis; and the empirical analysis of the impact of Ukrainian migration on the Czech labor market, which is supplemented by a comprehensive sector perspective in the appendix. Individual sections of the analytical chapter examine structural changes in employment according to CZ-NACE sectors, wage development analysis, an in-depth investigation of qualitative integration through the phenomenon of skills mismatch, and a quantitative estimation of the net fiscal contribution of Ukrainian households to the state budget system of the Czech Republic. |
