| Abstract: | This thesis aims to analyze the evolution and structure of exports of selected Brazilian agricultural commodities—namely beef, soybeans, and sugar—to the European Union between 2009 and 2025, while also identifying the main environmental regulatory factors and trade-related requirements that have influenced these export patterns. Using trade data from the the Comex Stat database and qualitative records from the World Trade Organization (WTO) Specific Trade Concerns (STCs), the study evaluates the practical impact of non-tariff measures on traditional market access. |

| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na analýzu vývoje a struktury exportu vybraných brazilských zemědělských komodit – jmenovitě hovězího masa, sójových bobů a cukru – do Evropské unie v letech 2009 až 2025. Zároveň identifikuje hlavní environmentální regulační faktory a obchodní požadavky, které tyto exportní vzorce ovlivnily. Na základě obchodních dat z databáze Comex Stat a kvalitativních záznamů o specifických obchodních zájmech (STC) Světové obchodní organizace (WTO) práce hodnotí praktický dopad netarifních opatření na tradiční přístup na trh. |
