| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá využíváním digitálních zdravotnických slu žeb v České republice a na Ukrajině se zaměřením na rozdíly mezi mladšími a staršími respondenty. Cílem práce je porovnat frekvenci vyu žívání eHealth služeb, identifikovat hlavní bariéry jejich používání a posoudit vztah mezi digitální zdravotní gramotností, důvěrou v techno logie a mírou využívání digitálních nástrojů. Součástí výzkumu je také ukrajinská diaspora žijící v České republice. Empirická část vychází z on line dotazníkového šetření a data jsou vyhodnocena pomocí deskriptivní statistiky, t-testu, neparametrických testů a Spearmanovy korelace. Vý sledky poukazují na význam věku, digitálních dovedností, důvěry a vnímaných bariér při využívání digitálních zdravotnických služeb. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor's thesis examines the use of digital health services in the Czech Republic and Ukraine, focusing on the differences between younger and older respondents. The aim of this thesis is to compare the frequency of use of eHealth services, identify the main barriers to their use, and assess the relationship between digital health literacy, trust in technology, and the level of use of digital tools. The research also includes the Ukrainian diaspora living in the Czech Republic. The empirical part is based on an online questionnaire survey, and the data are analyzed using descriptive statistics, the t-test, nonparametric tests, and Spearman's correlation. The results highlight the importance of age, digital skills, trust, and perceived barriers in the use of digital health services. |
