| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá akceptací evropského vlakového zabezpečovače ETCS mezi strojvedoucími v ČR. Cílem je zhodnotit míru akceptace ETCS L2, identifikovat související faktory a porovnat retrospektivní očekávání se zkušeností strojvedoucích. Teoretická část vychází z modelů přijetí technologií a poznatků o lidských faktorech, důvěře v automatizaci, pracovní zátěži a bezpečnostní kultuře. Empirická část je založena na kvantitativním šetření mezi strojvedoucími se zkušeností s ETCS L2. Výsledky ukazují zejména souvislost akceptace s důvěrou, užitečností, spolehlivostí, srozumitelností a pracovní zátěží a přinášejí poznatky pro zavádění ETCS, školení a zpětnou vazbu. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis examines the acceptance of the European Train Control System (ETCS) among train drivers in the Czech Republic. The aim is to assess the level of acceptance of ETCS Level 2, identify related factors, and compare train drivers’ retrospectively reported expectations with their experience. The theoretical part draws on technology acceptance models and research on human factors, trust in automation, workload, and safety culture. The empirical part is based on a quantitative survey of train drivers with experience of ETCS Level 2. The results point in particular to associations between acceptance and trust, perceived usefulness, reliability, comprehensibility, and workload, and provide insights relevant to ETCS implementation, training, and feedback processes. |
