Abstract:
Teoretická část zasazuje nábor do širšího kontextu řízení lidských zdrojů, popisuje konkrétní využití AI nástrojů v jednotlivých fázích náborového procesu a s tím spojená etická a regulatorní rizika.

Abstract:
This master's thesis examines how artificial intelligence tools are transforming the role and competencies of recruitment specialists in the Czech Republic, using selected organizations as case studies. The theoretical framework places recruitment within the broader context of human resource management, describing specific applications of AI tools across individual stages of the recruitment process, along with associated ethical and regulatory risks. Furthermore, the theoretical section explores the competencies identified as necessary in current academic literature and outlines the existing competency model for Czech recruitment specialists. The empirical section then addresses the gap between this theoretical profile and actual practice through interviews with recruitment professionals. The empirical research relies on in-depth semi-structured interviews with transcripts analyzed using thematic analysis. The objective of the thesis is to draw on these interviews to describe how the roles and competency requirements for recruiters in the Czech Republic are evolving, and to propose an updated competency profile incorporating AI-related skills, supplemented by practical recommendations for both recruiters and organizations.
