| Abstract: | Cílem této diplomové práce je analyzovat hospodaření a účetnictví školské příspěvkové organizace, zhodnotit její ekonomickou situaci, posoudit dopady aktuálních legislativních změn, porovnat její hospodaření s ostatními obchodními akademiemi v Pardubickém kraji a navrhnout doporučení pro další rozvoj školy. Teoretická část vymezuje postavení příspěvkových organizací ve veřejném sektoru, systém financování regionálního školství a specifika účetnictví těchto organizací. Praktická část vychází z analýzy účetních výkazů za období 2020–2025, výročních zpráv a polostrukturovaného rozhovoru s ředitelkou organizace. V této části je představena vybraná příspěvková organizace, proveden analýza účetních výkazů a způsobů financování. Součástí je také komparace s vybranými obchodními akademiemi v daném regionu a posouzení dopadů legislativních změn. Závěr práce je věnován návrhům doporučení, která mohou přispět ke zefektivnění hospodaření školy. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this master's thesis is to analyse the financial management and accounting of an educational contributory organization, evaluate its economic situation, assess the impacts of recent legislative changes, compare its financial management with that of other business academies in the Pardubice Region, and propose recommendations for the further development of the school. The theoretical part defines the position of contributory organizations within the public sector, the financing system of regional education, and the specific features of accounting in these organizations. The practical part is based on an analysis of financial statements for the period 2020–2025, annual reports, and a semi-structured interview with the head of the organization. This part introduces the selected contributory organization and analyses its financial statements and financing methods. It also includes a comparison with selected business academies in the region and an assessment of the impacts of recent legislative changes. The final part of the thesis presents recommendations that may contribute to improving the efficiency of the school's financial management. |
