| Abstract: | Diplomová práce je zaměřena na akvizice, které provádí malé a střední podniky. Práce je rozdělena do teoretické a praktické části. Teoretická část se zabývá problematikou rodinných firem, strategií, akvizicemi, hodnocením partnerů, finanční situací podniku a řízením růstu. Praktická část aplikuje teorii na rodinný podnik. Je analyzována finanční situace podniku, definovány investiční akce a provedeno jejich hodnocení na základě metody čisté současné hodnoty. |

Practical part analizes small family business and its financial situation considering evaluation of investments based on net present value. |
