| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se věnuje analýze finančního zdraví zemědělského podniku Farma Prčice spol. s r.o. Cílem práce je vyhodnotit celkovou finanční situaci společnosti, pomocí metod finanční analýzy, které jsou podrobně popsány v teoretické části. Ve druhé části následuje praktický příklad finanční analýzy zemědělského podniku za období 2007 - 2008. Nejprve bude provedena analýza struktury rozvahy a výsledovky pomocí vertikální a horizontální analýzy. Dále se práce věnuje analýze poměrových a rozdílových ukazatelů. Pomocí souhrnných ukazatelů bankrotních a bonitních modelů bude vyhodnoceno finanční zdraví společnosti. Na závěr bude provedeno mezipodnikové srovnání s několika konkurenčními podniky, dále budou popsány silné a slabé stránky společnosti a navrhuty možná řešení slabých stránek. |

| Abstract: | The Bachelor thesis is devoted to analysis of the financial health of the agricultural company Farma Prčice spol. s.r.o.. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to appraise the overall financial situation of the company using methods of financial analysis which are described in detail in the theoretical section of the thesis. The second section of the thesis is a detailed financial analysis of the company in 2007 -- 2008. Firstly, vertical and horizontal analysis of the structure of its balance sheet and income statement will be performed. Then a number of financial ratios and differential indicators will be analysed. Using aggregate bankruptcy and creditworthiness models, the financial health of the company will be evaluated. Finally the company will be compared to its competitors, its strengths and weaknesses will be described, and possible solutions to the weaknesses will be suggested. |
