| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce je zhodnocení současné podoby podnikatelského prostředí Gruzie. Za tímto účelem jsou v rámci PESTLE analýzy rozebrány jednotlivé faktory, které mají dopad na kvalitu podmínek, ve kterých podnikatelské subjekty působí. První kapitola je čistě teoretická a zabývá se uvedením do problematiky a vymezením důležitých pojmů. Druhá kapitola je věnovaná samotné PESTLE analýze a v jejím závěru je vše shrnuto pomocí SWOT analýzy.Třetí a poslední kapitola cílí na potenciální české podnikatele expandující do Gruzie, kterým v několika praktických radách shrnuje, na co se zaměřit a čemu se při jednání s Gruzíny vyvarovat. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the bachelor thesis is to evaluate the current form of the business environment of Georgia. For this purpose, I used PESTLE analysis to analyse individual factors affecting the quality of the conditions in which business entities operate. The first purely theoretical chapter introduces the topics and defines all key concepts. The second chapter is devoted to PESTLE analysis itself and in its conclusion, the findings are evaluated using SWOT analysis. The third and last chapter is aimed at potential Czech entrepreneurs expanding to Georgia and sums up, in a few practical recommendations, especially what to focus on when dealing with the Georgians. |
