Abstract:
Tato práce řeší otázku rizik vyplývajících z použití klasických, hybridních a agilních projektových přístupů a jak je vnímají vybrané role, stakeholdeři projektu. Těmito rolemi byly zvoleny projektoví manažeři, projektoví manažeři z pozice zákazníka a CIO dodavatelských firem. Cílem této práce je porovnání agilních a vodopádových/ klasických přístupů k řízení ICT projektů a analýza těchto rizik z pohledu výše zmíněných osob. Zvolená problematika byla řešena za pomoci kvalitativního rozhovoru s respondenty za pomocí techniky delphi, která byla však pouze jednokolová a sestávala ze zamyšlení nad předem sestavenými výroky, které měli respondenti k dispozici.Ze získaných výsledků průzkumu byly sestaveny závěry a návrhy opatření a zásad jak s identifikovanými riziky a problémy nakládat.

Abstract:
This work addresses the issue of risks arising from the use of waterfall, hybrid and agile project approaches and how they are perceived by selected roles: project managers, project managers from the position of customer and CIO of supplier companies. The objective of this paper is to compare agile, hybrid and waterfall approaches to the management of ICT projects and analysis of these risks from the perspective of the above mentioned stakeholders.The chosen issue was solved with the help of a qualitative interview with respondents using the delphi technique, which, however, was only one-round and consisted of thinking about pre-compiled statements that were available to the respondents during the interview.From the obtained results of the survey, conclusions and proposals of measures and principles of how to deal with the identified risks and problems were compiled.
