| Abstract: | Tato práce se zabývá financováním beachvolejbalových hráček v Česku na vrcholové úrovni. Cílem práce je zjistit, jak financování funguje, a pomocí provedené analýzy podmínek fungování zvoleného týmu beachvolejbalistek pak problematiku porovnat s ostatními týmy z ČR i ze zahraničí. První část práce je věnována teoretickým poznatkům, kde jsou vymezeny základní pojmy týkající se sportu, zejména beachvolejbalu, sportovního prostředí a způsobu financování sportu v ČR, sponzorství či marketingu. V další části práce je uvedena metodologie použitá pro získání výstupu praktické části. V praktické části je využita kvalitativní analýza, a to s pomocí metody polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s vybranými hráčkami. Podstatou práce je komparace teoretických poznatků o financování a řízení vrcholových sportovců s realitou. Přínosem práce je na základě dosažených výsledků souhrnné doporučení ke zlepšení postavení českého beachvolejbalu a sportovního odvětví. |

| Abstract: | The thesis examines financing of beach volleyball female players in the Czech Republic at the top level. The aim of the thesis is to investigate how the financing works, and based on the analysis of the operating conditions of selected national beach volleyball team to compare the matters with other teams from the Czech Republic and from abroad, too. The first part of the thesis focuses on theoretical findings, where basic concepts are defined, such as sport, especially beach volleyball, sports environment and financing in the Czech Republic, sponsorship or marketing. The next part of the thesis presents the methodology used to obtain the output of the practical part. In the practical part, a qualitative analysis is presented, using the method of semi-structured interviews with certain players. The essence of the thesis is a comparison of theoretical findings about financing and managing athletes at the top level with reality. Based on the achieved results, the benefit of the thesis is a comprehensive recommendation for improving the position of Czech beach volleyball and the sports industry in general. |
