| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je na základě metod Finanční analýzy zanalyzovat fun-gování a postupný vývoj společnosti Lear Corporation Czech Republic s.r.o. K těmto účelům budou využity finanční uzávěrky této společnosti z let 2016-2019, které jsou veřejně dostupné na webových stránkách www.justice.cz. V teoretické části si poté popíšeme jednotlivé ukazatele a metody finanční analýzy, které budou rozdě-leny na poměrové a absolutní ukazatele a doplněny moderní metodou ukazatele ekonomické výkonnosti – EVA. Dále v praktické části tyto jednotlivé metody využi-jeme k analýze a hodnocení daného podniku a vyvodíme závěry včetně možných doporučení. |

| Abstract: | Goal of this bachelor thesis is to analyse financial functionality and development of Lear Corporation Czech Republic s.r.o. For these purposes will be used balanced sheets of this company from years 2016-2019 which are avalible on the website justice.cz. In the theoretical part will be described indicators and methods of financial analysis. These indicators will be separated into ratio indicators and absolute indicators. In the end will be used modern method of economical performance analysis - EVA. In practical part we use these individual methods to analyze and evaluate economical situation of company and deduce conclusions, including possible recommendations. |
