| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá hodnocením uživatelské zkušenosti u vybraných mobilních bankovních aplikací. Cílem práce je ohodnotit vybrané aplikace z pohledu uživatelské zkušenosti. V teoretické části práce jsou představeny obory Customer Experience a User Experience. Pozornost je zaměřena také na UX design a principy tvorby UX designu. Představeny a popsány jsou zde rovněž metody měření CX a UX. Praktická část představuje hodnocené mobilní bankovní aplikace a následně jsou pomocí vybraných metod aplikace ohodnoceny. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor´s thesis deals with the evaluation of User Experience in selected mobile banking applications. The aim of the work is to evaluate selected applications from the point of view of user experience. The theoretical part of the thesis presents the fields of Customer Experience and User Experience. Attention is also focused on UX design and the principles of creating UX design. Measurement methods for CX and UX are also presented and described. The practical part presents evaluated mobile banking application and their evaluation by using selected methods. |
