| Abstract: | Práce se zabývá otázkou funkčnosti celého systému současného centrálního bankovnictví a jeho faktickým vývojem i potenciálními trendy od doby finanční krize. Cílem výzkumu je prostřednictvím analytických metod zhodnotit, zda měnově politické regulační nástroje vybraných světových centrálních bank umožňují pružně a efektivně reagovat na vývoj globální ekonomiky, včetně očekávaných i neočekávaných šoků. Zkoumá, zda si globální ekonomika odnáší z krize cenné zkušenosti, které posilují jistotu finančního světa. Samotné téma připravenosti na výkyvy ekonomického cyklu, endogenní nebo exogenní šoky, nabývá nového významu právě nyní, s příchodem Covid-19. V šiřším hledisku se práce zabývá i možnostmi nahrazení centrálního systému alternativními měnovými systémy. V závěru tak půjde o komplexní příspěvek k diskuzi možných budoucích trendů v oblasti systému centrálního bankovnictví a trhu peněz. |

| Abstract: | The thesis deals with the question of the functionality of the whole system of contemporary central banking and its actual development and potential trends since the financial crisis. The aim of the research is to analyze, by means of analytical methods, whether the monetary policy regulatory instruments of selected world central banks enable to respond flexibly and effectively to the development of the global economy, including expected and unexpected shocks. It examines whether the global economy is gaining valuable experience from the crisis, enhancing the security of the financial world. The very theme of preparedness for business cycle fluctuations, endogenous or exogenous shocks, is gaining new importance right now, with the advent of Covid-19. In a broader perspective, the thesis also deals with the possibility of replacing the central system with alternative monetary systems. In conclusion, this will be a comprehensive contribution to the discussion of possible future trends in the central banking system and the money market. |
