| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce je zaměřená na účetní výkaznictví investičních fondů v právní formě akciové společnosti s proměnným základním kapitálem (SICAV). V rámci diplomové práce jsou vysvětleny a definovány pojmy, specifika jednotlivých druhů investičních fondů a jejich odlišnosti, specifika účetního výkaznictví SICAV v rámci českých účetních předpisu a podle IFRS. V praktické části jsou na příkladu porovnání dvou účetních závěrek znázorněny rozdíly ve zveřejňování informací, struktuře výkazů a vykazování jednotlivých složek aktiv a závazků mezi fondem vykazujícím podle IFRS a podfondem, jehož účetní závěrka je sestavena podle českých předpisů. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis elaborates on the financial reporting of the investment company with variable capital (SICAV). It defines different types of investment funds, describes their differencies and specifics of financial reporting in Czech legislation and international standards (IFRS). In the practical part thesis illustrates the differencies in reporting requirements, structure of the financial statements and coverage of reporting of significant financial information in notes and annual reports between Czech accounting regulations and IFRS, using two entities (investment fund and subfund) as an example. |
