Abstract:
Compelson is a software B2B company based in Prague, Czech Republic. Its product is a software for mobile phone data extraction and analysis. The goal of this paper is to analyze how Compelson has been proceeding with internationalization to grow its share of the U.S market. I will compare the process to the empirical methods presented in the literature and evaluate and suggest possible improvements for Compelson’s internationalizing process. The goal is to answer these questions: • Should Compelson strengthen its position in the US market? • Which entry mode should it choose?

Compelson je B2B softwarová firma, která prodává svůj produkt globálně a v poslední době si vytyčila cíl posílit svou pozici na Americkém trhu. V této práci analyzuji současnou situaci Compelsonu, srovnávám postupy s literaturou a v závěru dávám doporučení pro budoucí strategii.
