Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá agilním interním auditem, jeho implementací a srovnáním s tradičním rámcem. První část představuje základy projektového řízení, které jsou klíčové pro porozumění celého konceptu. Druhá část je zaměřena na tradiční pojetí interního auditu, požadavky v rámci této profese a samotný průběh auditu. Je zde definován pojem agilní interní audit ve srovnání s tradičním auditem. Následně jsou představeny oblasti ovlivňující úspěšnou implementaci agilního auditu a proces realizace. Třetí část definuje relevantní faktory pro kvalitativní analýzu. Data jsou získána pomocí rozhovorů s odborníky působícími v oblasti interního auditu a následně je provedena analýza, která zkoumá názor interních auditorů na problematiku agilního auditu. Závěrečná část prezentuje případovou studii, která popisuje rozdíly mezi tradičním a agilním procesem interního auditu z hlediska organizace a řízení.

Abstract:
Diploma thesis is focused on agile internal audit, its implementation and comparison with traditional framework. The first section specializes on basics of project management that are important for understanding the whole concept. The second part contains definiton of traditional internal audit, its process and requirements on this profession. There is also defined term agile internal audit in comparison with traditional audit. Accordingly, key areas for successful implementation and process of realization are presented. The third part defines relevant factors for qualitative analysis. The data are obtained through interviews with experts working in the field of internal audit and then an analysis, which examines the opinion of internal auditors on the topic of agile audit, is performed. The final part presents case study that describes differences between traditional and agile internal audit process in regards of organisation and management.
