| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se věnuje tématu „Problematika agenturního zaměstnávání ve společnosti ABC s.r.o.“ Cílem práce je nastavení ideálního poměru agenturních zaměstnanců ke kmenovým podle sezónnosti v distribučním centru společnosti ABC s.r.o. Pro lepší pochopení problematiky bylo provedeno 5 hloubkových rozhovorů s 5 agenturami práce. Následně byl proveden kvantitativní výzkum. Sesbíraná data byla analyzována a následně vyhodnocena. Výsledkem je ideální poměr agenturních zaměstnanců ke kmenovým. Závislost počtu agenturních pracovníků na vyexpedovaném objemu zboží nebyla potvrzena. Stanovená hypotéza, že při obměně sezónního zboží je potřeba více agenturních zaměstnanců, též nebyla potvrzena. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis deals with the topic „The issue of agency employment in company ABC s.r.o.“ The aim of the thesis is to set the ideal ratio of agency employees to regular employees according to seasonality in the distribution center of the company ABC s.r.o. For a better understanding of the issue, it were conducted 5 in-depth interviews with 5 temporary work agencies. Subsequently, a quantitative research was conducted. The collected datas were analyzed and then evaluated. The result is an ideal ratio of agency employees to regular employees. The dependence of the number of agency workers on the volume of goods dispatched has not been confirmed. The stated hypothesis that more agency staffs are needed when changing seasonal goods was not confirmed. |
