| Abstract: | Cílem této diplomové práce je provedení analýzy kalkulace konkrétní společnosti, která se zabývá výrobou elektronických součástek. Na základě výsledků této analýzy se implementuje možný návrh zlepšení kalkulačního vzorce jako podklad pro řízení managementu. Práce bude rozdělena na dvě části – teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části budou vymezeny pojmy manažerského účetnictví, členění nákladů a sestavování kalkulací. V praktické části se nejprve popíšou interní procesy zvoleného podniku a poté se sestaví kalkulace vybraného výrobku. V závěru budou uvedeny možné návrhy na zlepšení stávajícího vzorce. Analýza je provedena na základě interních informací společnosti. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this diploma thesis is to perform analysis of calculations of selected company, which specializes in making electronic parts. Possible suggestion for improving the calculating formula is going to be implemented based on the outcome of this analysis, serving as a basis for a decision-making process of upper management. This thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. In theoretical part of this thesis, we will define the concepts of management accounting, dividing of costs and calculation-making process. In practical part of this thesis, firstly we are going to introduce internal processes of our company and afterwards, we are going to make calculations of costs of chosen product. In the final part of this thesis, we are going to introduce possible improvements of current formula. The analysis will be based on internal informations from the company. |
