Corporate social responsibility of OQEMA, s.r.o

The goal of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate the current CSR activities of OQEMA, s.r.o. and propose the form of the social responsibility report. A partial goal of the work is to recommend other social responsibility activities in accordance with European trends. The theoretical part is devoted to corporate social responsibility, its definition, areas, principles and stakeholder theory. Furthermore, the concept of greenwashing, trends and the future of CSR from the European Union viewpoint are presented here. The practical part focuses on introduction of the selected company, analysis of its current activities and its stakeholders. Data were obtained in the form of primary qualitative research and secondary research based on quantitative and qualitative data. The thesis ends with the formulation of recommendations and a specific report on the social responsibility of OQEMA, s.r.o., which is attached to this bachelor's thesis.
