| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je analyzovat dopady cestovního ruchu na životní prostředí a udržitelnost turistické oblasti Šumavsko, se specifikací na region Prachaticko. Dílčími cíli je posouzení organizační struktury řízení cestovního ruchu ve zkoumané oblasti, dopadu cestovního ruchu na životní prostředí a posouzení dodržení vzájemné rovnováhy třech pilířů udržitelného rozvoje v odvětví cestovního ruchu. V teoretické části se práce zabývá pojmem udržitelný cestovní ruch, definuje předpoklady pro rozvoj cestovního ruchu v oblasti, zkoumá vztah cestovního ruchu k okolnímu prostředí a představuje koncepci udržitelného rozvoje. V druhé části seznamuje s pojmem šetrný cestovní ruch a představuje jeho jednotlivé formy. Zvolenou metodikou je vlastní výzkum spojený s osobními rozhovory s odborníky působícími v oblasti řízení cestovního ruch v turistické destinaci. V praktické části jsou na základě SWOT analýzy vyhodnoceny dopady cestovního ruchu na udržitelnost Šumavska. V rámci interpretace analýzy jsou následně představeny vlastní návrhy pro zlepšení udržitelného rozvoje destinace. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis aims to analyze tourism's impacts on the environment and sustainability of the Šumava region, with a specific focus on the Prachatice region. The sub-objectives are the assessment of the organizational structure of tourism management in the studied area, the impact of tourism on the environment and the assessment of compliance with the mutual balance of the three pillars of sustainable development in the tourism sector. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the concept of sustainable tourism, defines the prerequisites for tourism development in the area, examines the relationship of tourism with the surrounding environment and presents the concept of sustainable development. The second part introduces the concept of sustainable tourism and presents its various forms. The chosen methodology is self-research combined with interviews with experts from the field of tourism management in the area. In the practical part, the impacts of tourism on the sustainability of the selected destination are evaluated based on a SWOT analysis. As part of the interpretation of the analysis, own suggestions for improving the sustainable development of the destination are then presented. |
