Abstract:

Abstract:
This diploma thesis on the topic of Leadership in the Digital Era addresses the impact of the hybrid work regime on managerial leadership in a company that uses this model. The aim of the thesis is to identify the main problem areas that managers must address in a hybrid environment and to determine how these are perceived across different levels of the organization. Based on the data obtained, the thesis formulates recommendations for the organization's managers. The research was conducted using a qualitative data collection method employing a triangulation model consisting of three parts: a group discussion with employees, semi-structured interviews with managers, and a semi-structured interview with the company's director. The research was carried out through online meetings via the MS Teams platform. The results of the thesis show that the hybrid regime is perceived positively by all groups, with a negative impact on corporate culture, where the greatest obstacle is mutual trust; in a hybrid regime, it is necessary to have clearly established rules and processes, to select digital tools appropriately, and to focus on deliberate relationship building.
