| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce zpracovává podnikatelský plán již existujícího fitness centra OK gym v Pardubicích. Cílem práce je posoudit, zda jsou navržené investice ekonomicky a strategicky vhodné na základě provedených analýz. Součástí práce je také analýza vnějšího a vnitřního prostředí podniku. Na základě zjištěných výsledků jsou navržena opatření zaměřená na modernizaci fitness centra. Hlavní kapitola finanční plán ověřuje realizovatelnost investic pomocí pesimistického, realistického a optimistického scénáře. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor's thesis develops a business plan for the already existing fitness centre OK gym in Pardubice. The aim of the thesis is to assess whether the proposed investments are economically and strategically suitable based on the analyses carried out. The thesis also includes an analysis of the external and internal environment of the company. Based on the findings, measures aimed at modernising the fitness centre are proposed. The main chapter, Financial Plan, verifies the feasibility of the investments using pessimistic, realistic, and optimistic scenarios. |
