| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá významem iniciativy Global Gateway v regionu Asie a Tichomoří a jejím vlivem na vznik obchodních příležitostí pro evropské podniky s důrazem na zdravotnický sektor. První část práce je zaměřena na analýzu regionu Asie a Tichomoří a jako strategického prostoru a na iniciativu Global Gateway. Druhá část je pak zaměřena na analýzu zdravotnictví v Asii, včetně SWOT analýzy a následně vyhodnocení kvalitativního šetření. Práce je založená na popisné analýze dostupných zdrojů a vyhodnocení vlastního kvalitativního šetření. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor’s thesis examines the significance of the Global Gateway initiative in the Asia-Pacific region and its impact on the creation of business opportunities for European companies, with an emphasis on the healthcare sector. The first part of the thesis focuses on an analysis of the Asia-Pacific region as a strategic area and on the Global Gateway initiative. The second part focuses on an analysis of the healthcare sector in Asia, including a SWOT analysis and a subsequent evaluation of qualitative research. The thesis is based on a descriptive analysis of available sources and an evaluation of the author’s own qualitative research. |
