| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá generačními rozdíly na trhu práce se zaměřením na Českou republiku a Španělsko. Práce se zabývá generací Baby Boomers, X, Y a Z. Cílem práce je identifikovat rozdíly ve struktuře trhů práce obou zemí a posoudit, jak tyto odlišnosti ovlivňují postavení jednotlivých generací. Teoretická část práce vymezuje základní pojmy související s trhem práce, teorií lidského kapitálu a charakteristikou jednotlivých generací. Dále identifikuje hlavní megatrendy ovlivňující současné trhy práce, zejména digitalizaci, zelenou transformaci a demografické změny. Praktická část práce vychází z analýzy sekundárních dat z mezinárodních i národních databází a obsahuje komparaci trhů práce České republiky a Španělska. Výsledky ukazují, že odlišná sektorová struktura ekonomik vede k rozdílným dopadům na jednotlivé generace a ovlivňuje jejich pracovní uplatnění v obou zemích. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis focuses on generational differences in the labour market in the Czech Republic and Spain. The thesis examines the Baby Boomers, Generation X, Generation Y and Generation Z. The aim of the thesis is to analyse differences in the structure of labour markets in both countries and to assess how these differences influence the position of individual generations. The theoretical part defines key concepts related to the labour market, human capital theory and characteristics of individual generations. It also identifies major megatrends affecting current labour markets, particularly digitalisation, green transition and demographic changes. The practical part is based on the analysis of secondary data from international and national databases and includes a comparison of labour markets in the Czech Republic and Spain. The results indicate that differences in sectoral structure lead to different impacts on generations and influence their labour market outcomes in both countries. |
