| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou hypotečních úvěrů jako hlavního nástroje financování bydlení v České republice a na Slovensku. Cílem práce je analyzovat hypoteční produkty vybraných bank, zhodnotit jejich podmínky a na základě modelových klientů provést porovnání jednotlivých bankami nabízených variant. Teoretická část pojednává základní pojmy, popisuje vývoj hypotečního trhu a jeho regulaci v obou zemích. Analytická část cílí na analýzu konkrétních nabídek bank. |

| Abstract: | This master’s thesis focuses on mortgage loans as the primary means of financing housing in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. The aim of the thesis is to analyze mortgage products offered by selected banks, evaluate their terms and conditions, and based on model clients, compare the individual options offered by these banks. The theoretical part introduces the basic concepts, describes the development of the mortgage market, and discusses its regulation in both countries. The analytical part focuses on the analysis of specific mortgage offers provided by selected banks. |
