| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou stavebního spoření v České republice. První část se věnuje základnímu teoretickému vymezení stavebního spoření a porovnání produktu stavebního spoření v České republice s jinými členskými státy Evropské unie. Ve druhé části se práce zabývá analýzou vybraných ukazatelů mezi jednotlivými stavebními spořitelnami v České republice a analýzou ukazatelů za celý sektor stavebních spořitelen. Závěrečná část je zaměřena na odhadnutí budoucnosti stavebních spořitelen pomocí ukazatele ROAE a využití stavebního spoření jako účelového spoření pro specifické životní události. V horizontu 4 let, tedy do roku 2020, očekávám pokles ukazatele ROAE na 10 %. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis concentrates on the matter of building savings in the Czech Republic. The beginning emphasizes the theoretical concepts and comparisons in the Czech Republic and other countries of the European Union in the matter stated above. The second part of the thesis concentrates on the analysis of specific indicators of building societies in the Czech Republic. Moreover, the analysis of the building society as a whole. The final part is devoted to estimating the future of building societies with ROAE indicators through utilizing building savings as purposive savings for specific life events. In four years which is 2020, one may expect a downturn of ROAE indicators to 10%. |
