| Abstract: | Cílem práce je ocenit jmění společnosti RTD QUALITY SERVICES s.r.o. Za tímto účelem je diplomová práce rozdělena do osmi kapitol. V první kapitole je představena oceňovaná společnost. V dalších dvou kapitolách je provedena strategická a finanční analýza. Čtvrtá kapitola se zabývá generátory hodnot, které slouží jako podklad pro vytvoření finančního plánu v páté kapitole. V šesté kapitole je zhotoveno ocenění podniku metodou DCF entity. V sedmé kapitole je provedeno ocenění metodou srovnatelných podniků. V osmé kapitole je vyjádřena tržní hodnota podniku k 31.12.2015. |

| Abstract: | The goal of the thesis is to evaluate RTD QUALITY SERVICES s.r.o. To reach this goal, the thesis is divided into eight chapters. The company is described in the first chapter. The second and third chapters consist of strategic and financial analysis. The fourth chapter is about value drivers setting foundation for the financial plan in the fifth chapter. The valuation of the company by DCF entity method is done in the sixth chapter. The seventh chapter represents the valuation of the company by comparable companies method. The final market value of the company on 31.12.2015 is set in the eight chapter. |
