Tato diplomová práce se zabývá konceptem autonomních financí v kontextu digitální transformace podnikových financí. Cílem je vymezit tento koncept a posoudit jeho možnosti a limity ve společnosti Red Bull Česká republika s.r.o. Teoretická část sleduje posun od RPA k multi-agentním systémům a roli vysvětlitelné umělé inteligence pro zajištění transparentnosti rozhodování. Praktická část analyzuje vybrané finanční procesy v rámci společnosti mimo jiné s využitím nástroje Celonis. Výsledky ukazují vysokou míru automatizace, ale také limity dalšího rozvoje dané IT architekturou, výjimkami v procesech a organizační kulturou. Na základě těchto zjištění je navržen inkrementální model implementace založený na principu human-in-the-loop, který kombinuje automatizaci a lidský dohled a přispívá k přesunu kapacit společnosti Red Bull Česká republika s.r.o. k činnostem s vyšší přidanou hodnotou.
This diploma thesis examines the concept of autonomous finance in the context of the digital transformation of corporate finance. The aim is to define this concept and assess its opportunities and limitations within Red Bull Česká republika s.r.o. The theoretical part explores the evolution from robotic process automation (RPA) to multi-agent systems and the role of explainable artificial intelligence in ensuring transparency in decision-making processes. The practical part analyzes selected financial processes within the company, including the use of the Celonis tool. The findings indicate a high degree of automation, while also identifying limitations for further development related to IT architecture, process exceptions, and organizational culture. Based on these findings, an incremental implementation model is proposed, based on the principle of human-in-the-loop, which combines automation and human oversight and contributes to shifting the company’s capacities at Red Bull Česká republika s.r.o. toward higher value-added activities.
