Abstrakt:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá hospodařením neziskové organizace Charita Strážnice se zaměřením na činnost chráněných dílen AVE. Analýza je provedena na základě účetních závěrek a interních ekonomických podkladů za období 2020-2024. Práce hodnotí strukturu aktiv a pasiv, vývoj výnosů a nákladů a celkový hospodářský výsledek organizace. Součástí je také analýza financování a posouzení významu jednotlivých zdrojů příjmů. Zvláštní pozornost je věnována chráněným dílnám, které představují významnou část vlastních příjmů organizace. Práce zachycuje vývoj jejich výnosů a nákladů včetně změn v rozsahu činnosti. Závěrečná část práce obsahuje návrhy opatření směřující ke zvýšení efektivity hospodaření a snížení závislosti organizace na dotačních zdrojích.

Abstrakt:
This bachelor thesis deals with the financial management of the non-profit organization Charita Strážnice, with a focus on the activities of the sheltered workshops AVE. The analysis is based on financial statements and internal economic documents for the period 2020–2024. The thesis evaluates the structure of assets and liabilities, the development of revenues and costs, and the overall economic performance of the organization. It also includes an analysis of financing and an assessment of the importance of individual sources of income. Special attention is paid to the protected workshops, which represent a significant part of the organization’s own revenues. The thesis captures the development of their revenues and costs, including changes in the scope of their activities. The final part of the thesis contains proposals for measures aimed at increasing the efficiency of financial management and reducing the organization’s dependence on subsidy sources.
