Cílem této bakalářské práce je kriticky zhodnotit dopady digitalizace na strukturu a vývoj švýcarského pracovního trhu s ohledem na jednotlivá ekonomická odvětví. Práce charakterizuje specifika švýcarského trhu práce a vysvětluje jeho vysokou konkurenceschopnost a současně identifikuje jeho aktuální výzvy. Následně práce analyzuje vládní strategii Digitální Švýcarsko, úroveň digitální infrastruktury v zemi a zdůrazňuje rozdíly v digitální zralosti podniků. Stěžejní část zkoumá konkrétní vliv automatizace a augmentace lidské práce prostřednictvím umělé inteligence na švýcarský pracovní trh. Závěr práce potvrzuje, že digitalizace ve Švýcarsku nevede k plošnému nahrazení pracovních míst, nýbrž podporuje hlubokou restrukturalizaci poptávaných dovedností a podněcuje modernizaci tamního vzdělávacího systému.

The objective of this bachelor's thesis is to critically evaluate the impacts of digitalisation on the structure and development of the Swiss labour market concerning individual economic sectors. The thesis characterises the specific features of the Swiss labour market, explains its high competitiveness, and simultaneously identifies its current challenges. Subsequently, the thesis analyses the Digital Switzerland Strategy, the level of digital infrastructure in the country, and highlights the differences in the digital maturity of enterprises. The core part examines the specific impact of automation and augmentation of human work through artificial intelligence on the Swiss labour market. The conclusion of the thesis confirms that digitalisation in Switzerland does not lead to widespread job displacement, but rather supports a profound restructuring of the skills demanded and stimulates the modernisation of the country's educational system.
