Tato diplomová práce se zabývá diplomatickými strategiemi původních arktických obyvatel. V úvodu se věnuje teoretickým pojmům diplomatické strategie a indigenous diplomacy. Následně definuje cíle a nástroje indigenous diplomacy. Cíle jsou identifikovány dle Deklarace práv původních obyvatel, která představuje hlavní normativní nástroj původních obyvatel. Empirická část se zaměřuje na diplomatické strategie organizací původních arktických obyvatel, které disponují unikátním statusem stálých účastníků v Arktické radě. Práci zakončuje komparativní kapitola věnující se diplomatickým strategiím v rámci vybraných případů.

Abstrakt:
This thesis examines the diplomatic strategies of the indigenous peoples of the Arctic. The introduction addresses the theoretical concepts of diplomatic strategy and indigenous diplomacy. It then defines the objectives and tools of indigenous diplomacy. The objectives are identified in accordance with the Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples, which serves as the primary normative instrument for indigenous peoples. The empirical section focuses on the diplomatic strategies of organizations representing the indigenous peoples of the Arctic, which hold the unique status of permanent participants in the Arctic Council. The thesis concludes with a comparative chapter examining diplomatic strategies in selected case studies.
