The project aims to unify and facilitate the contract invoicing process across all company departments. Part of the development of this project is also reporting, which will provide the company with an overview of all managed contracts and services provided by the company to its customers. Currently, it is not possible to create such a report, as individual departments perform invoicing in a different way and the data structure is not uniform. This system partially automates invoicing and, thanks to the use of the company's master data, greatly facilitates data control for representatives of individual departments who are responsible for invoicing contracts. The main goal is to create a solution for the project, which focuses mainly on the processing of the company's master data and the development of the system on the database server. This thesis consists of four main parts. In the first part, the reader is introduced to the issues of the project, its goals, participants and potential risks. The second part presents the technologies used, input data and user control of the system. The third part follows, which describes in detail the author's contribution to the development of the system, its key parts and the source code. The final part evaluates the contribution of the system to the organization, its current status, frequent problems and plans for future expansion and changes. |
