Although this tool is sufficient for simple planning in smaller firms, its limitations entail certain problems related to efficiency, security, and performance. This thesis aims to develop an application prototype for creating sales plans and evaluating sales performance for small and medium-sized businesses using the Microsoft Power Platform. The thesis includes an analysis of selected planning applications available on the market, which also covers the area of sales. Functional requirements for the application prototype are identified using the MMSP methodology. These functional requirements are supplemented by additional requirements obtained from semi-structured interviews with managers of selected companies. User testing is used for application prototype testing, which is defined according to the MMSP methodology. The result of this thesis is the application prototype for creating sales plans and evaluating performance implemented using Microsoft Power Platform, specifically Power Apps, Dataverse, and Power BI. |
