Employee benefits are becoming a key tool for attracting and stabilizing new employees. The main objective of this bachelor thesis is to determine recommendations for improving the employee benefits system in the selected company. The sub-objectives included a summary of the main theoretical background, an assessment of the current employee benefits offer and the determination of employee satisfaction with the benefits provided. The defined objectives were achieved by means of a literature search, the knowledge provided by the HR managers of the selected company and the chosen research methodology. Using the method of electronic questionnaire survey, the results were found showing high employee satisfaction with the benefits in the selected company. The most important benefit and satisfaction for employees is working from home and paid time off. Recommendations include improving awareness of benefits, introducing a 13th salary and language courses or providing allowances for transport or leisure activities. |
