However, some teams may lack the sufficient will or financial capacity to implement necessary changes. In the context of rapid progress and the need for innovations, this thesis focuses on improving data analysis and collection in the process of integrating banking applications into a central logging system. I used the SIX SIGMA and DMAIC methodologies in combination with visual management to identify time-consuming activities and their causes. The goal was to propose and implement effective changes with minimal time and financial investment. This approach was successfully applied in a development team operating under individually managed scrum and kanban frameworks. The result was the creation of a new analysis template and its implementation in JIRA using subtasks, filters, and dashboards. This change led to significant time savings and the development of a guide with sample examples for completing the analysis. This method can be used to achieve time savings in repetitive activities without the need for cooperation with process experts. |
